This is really a very good game! If you are interested in femdom, definitely try it out! The sex scenes are well designed based on enemy's appearance and environment, not just repeating actions. The sexual contents are versatile, almost covered all common things I can think about.

I had that issue. Had to fully close the game and reopen it.
Sadly, nothing helped, so i started from the very begining...
Small issue but hard mode records don't seem to save as of v1.1
